We have already had the opportunity to play Hogwarts Legacy in Vandal, and we can tell you from our impressions that “it promises to be a thoughtful action adventure in the open world with RPG components that will follow the canons to which the genre has acclimated us.
There are a lot of other things that have made the wait until February 10 much more difficult, even though the few things we have had the chance to sample at the College of Witchcraft and Wizardry have not persuaded us: the amazingness of some sequences (cinematographic and with the controller in the hands), a much more dynamic combat system than we expected, and of course, the representation of Hogwarts and the promise of being the wizards or witches we want to be.
Hogwarts Legacy probably won’t win any Game of the Year awards, but a lot has to go awry for it not to win the hearts of all fans of Harry Potter and the Wizarding World.”
Hogwarts Legacy will debut on February 10 on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Its launch on PS4 and Xbox One will be a little later, on April 4, and finally, it will also be released on Switch on July 25.
