Kanye West suspect in battery investigation after throwing woman’s phone away
According to reports, Kanye West is being looked into after allegedly yanking a woman’s phone out of her hand and tossing it when she insisted on continuing to record him.
The rapper-turned-fashion designer allegedly recognized that he was being followed by photographers as he left his daughter North’s basketball game, according to a viral video.
He accosted the lady as she was filming him from inside her car, however, it’s unclear if she was a pap or just a fan.

Ye allegedly reached inside the woman’s car, seized her phone, and threw it away when she tried to claim that she could video him since he was “a superstar.”
He confronted another pap as he was leaving. What he told him to convince him to back off, though, is unknown.
It’s unclear how long West, 45, is said to have been photographing the woman or what transpired before his getting out of his car that prompted him to confront her.
Deputies from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department were summoned to the location at about 4:30 p.m., according to TMZ’s police sources, and they were given video proof of the event.
The lady was reportedly seen speaking to police officers as she left the sheriff’s office, according to the publication.
According to TMZ, West has subsequently been identified as a suspect in a battery investigation.
West did want to be left alone a few other times today, though. Another segment of the video shows him pulling up in front of a group of photographers who were filming the entire incident after getting back into his car.

Despite this new chapter in Ye’s life seeming to be a joyous one, insiders informed Page Six that the Kardashians are concerned about the hastily planned wedding.
